Kornelijus Chelutka

Kornelijus Chelutka worked for various technology and financial services companies in Central Europe, the UK and the US. Prior to joining MTVP in 2008, Kornelijus worked with Deutsche Bank technology investment banking team in London. He advised both leading global technology companies and early stage fast growing ventures on a wide variety of M&A, IPO and private equity transactions across Western Europe and Russia.

Earlier in this career Kornelijus worked at the leading M&A advisory firm Prime Investment in Lithuania where he developed and led TMT coverage of Baltic countries. He also spent a stint at the business development team of Model N, a software company in Silicon Valley funded by Accel-KKR.

Kornelijus holds an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Vilnius University, Lithuania.
